Refund policy

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Digital templates :

Due to the digital nature of these products, they cannot be returned or exchanged, including change-of-mind returns. This is the case if your circumstances have changes, you have no use for what you purchased, you made a mistake of you found the product cheaper elsewhere.

We want you to be happy with your purchase, please read the information within each product page thoroughly, prior to purchasing.

 

Guidance Sessions :

We allow all purchasers to re-schedule your guidance session up to 24hrs before the appointment. Please note, no refund or reschedule will be offered within 24hrs of your appointment. Purchasers are permitted to two reschedules before we will decline a reschedule and offer no refund.
